How our process works.

Step 1️⃣: Assess Damage

Legion Roofing & Restoration will perform a complimentary inspection and go over everything with you, whether there is or isn’t damage Legion will provide a full photo report.

Step 2️⃣: Insurance Claim

Legion Roofing & Restoration will assist with facilitating your insurance claim from beginning to end. From this point your carrier will reach out to you and set up a dated inspection. Legion will be on sight to assist the Field Adjuster with their inspection and make sure things are not missed.

Step 3️⃣: Estimate

When it comes to estimates, the insurance actually has full control over the estimates. They use a up to date software that provides them an estimate that we have to mirror. Now if we see that they have missed some items or left anything of the table, one of Legions seasoned members of our supplemental team will dissect the estimate and provide the carrier with all the details to get those accounted for properly.

Step 4️⃣: Scope, Schedule, Color!

Once the carrier releases the first check which will be Labor, and Material Cost. We will meet and go over everything that our will be replaced/fixed during our install. Again we are not only forced to mirror the carriers scope but also do everything to code within the state.

Step 5️⃣: Certificate of Completion.

Typically our build will take ONE day, however if your project exceeds 12,000sqft of roof surface you can expect a 1 ½ Days - 2 Days depending on weather. Once the roof is complete we will provide the carrier with all photos of completed line by line items. This will release the hold back fund that is OWED to Legion Roofing & Restoration. The carrier holds this back depreciation for the safety of the homeowner & the contractor.

Step 6️⃣: Warranty

When Legion Roofing & Restoration receives the final payment, we will provide you with our craftsmanship warranty along with the manufacture warranty. Now depending on the brand of product we end up using for your project, the process of obtaining the warranty may vary. We will assist with that process as well.
